DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
He/Him
A love for visual storytelling was sparked during Dustin’s time on the OSU football student video staff, watching the way emotion was evoked during the weekly highlight videos. Dustin brings over a decade of experience professionally crafting compelling visuals to FrameFuse Productions. He loves working with people to understand their goals and vision for a project, and collaborates with them to develop the proper strategy to carry it out.
Beyond the editing suite, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife Jess and their cat Sly. You can often find him traveling, cheering on Cleveland sports teams, or sipping a nice dry red or a good craft beer. Dustin's experiences fuel his creativity and understanding of how video connects with people, making him eager to collaborate and bring your vision to life.

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTIONS
He/Him
A lifelong fascination with visual storytelling fuels Thi's passion for cinematography and video editing at FrameFuse Productions. He brings a meticulous work ethic and a constant drive to learn, seeking fresh perspectives on traditional narratives. A love for filmmaking sparked during childhood with a VHS camcorder, capturing family moments, has blossomed into an unwavering dedication to the craft. Thi believes there's always room for growth, evidenced by his eagerness to learn from others. Outside the studio, he finds inspiration in a diverse range of films, working on cars, 3D modeling, woodworking and spending time with friends.
